RESEARCH INTERESTS

  • Design and synthesis of ecologically friendly multicomponent photocatalysts (sol-gel method, pulsed laser deposition)
  •  Investigation of structure, morphology, photoelectrochemical characteristics, phase composition and surface chemistry of nanomaterials
  • Photocatalytic processes of anthropogenic pollutants decomposition and determination of the factors affected the process efficiency; investigations directed to the more effective plant waste and lignin use by means of photocatalytic conversion to low-molecular-weight compounds

 

SKILLS and ACHIEVEMENTS:

  • Co-author of 135 scientific works, including 46 papers, 4 chapters in books, 1 patent of Ukraine and 85 abstracts
  • co-managing of international projects;
  • teaching experience in English and Ukrainian;
  • supervising of master students work activity, coaching of new group members.
