Sol-Gel Synthesis of Active ZnO:Al:RE3+ Layers for Solar Cells
Keywords:
sol-gel synthesis, dopad zinc oxide, photovoltaic characteristics, transparent films, solar cellsAbstract
Sol-gel method of active ZnO:Al:RE3+ layers for solar cells is described and the results of dependence of the surface structure on the composition of the sol are discussed. The phase composition, structural and photovoltaic characteristics of sol-gel ZnO:Al:RE3+ layers are discussed.References
