Цитотоксична активність магнітокерованих нанокомпозитів на основі доксорубіцину на прикладі клітин Saccharomyces Cerevisiae

Анотація


Синтезовано нові магніточутливі нанокомпозити, що містять сучасний протипухлинний препарат доксорубіцин. Досліджено їх біосумісність та біоактивність. Зокрема, встановлено, що в кількостях 0.6–0.8 мг доксорубіцину/зразок нанокомпозити виявляють цитотоксичну і антипроліферативну дію по відношенню до модельних клітин Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Показана перспективність використання цих нанокомпозитів в онкології.
