Фізико-хімічні та фотокалітичні дослідження композиції ZnO-SnO2 еквімолярного складу, модифікованої шляхом гідротермальної та термічної обробки

Анотація
Досліджено взаємодію в суміші кристалічних оксидів цинку й олова та їх співосадженої рентгеноаморфної композиції при гідротермальній та термічній обробці. Рентгенофазовий аналіз показав, що в другому випадку утворюється суміш мета- та ортостаннатів цинку, які мають високу питому поверхню й мікромезопорувату структуру. Дослідження фотокаталітичної деградації родаміну Б у видимій області свідчать, що суміш оксидів має вищу активність, ніж активність станнатів цинку, хоч останні й мають більшу питому поверхню.
